Quality Suites Atlanta Buckhead Village North

After reading some of the reviews, I felt compelled to give my experience. First, check in was uneventful, the person behind the counter was friendly and efficient. The hotel is an interesting architecture which gives the rooms a feeling of separation and privacy. The very spacious room was quiet, I don't recall hearing neighbors or traffic ever. I liked the kitchen. Room seemed clean and there were no discernable odors from food, smoke or pets. Beds were comfortable and the multiple TVs afforded everyone their own choice. I did see several American roaches, aka Palmetto bugs outside; this is the Southeast. If you have any kind of mulch outside, you will have them, and though they may come in when it rains, they are not German roaches and they don't live inside. I don't like them but I would not want to breath the amount of pesticides it would take to kill everything outside either. Outstanding value, hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

Apartment suites, on prem lounge, and full featured hotel. This place was a little distant from my destination, but I'm glad to have tried it. Management and staff were very courteous and helpful. They went above and beyond, even providing transportation. The facilities are a bit dated, but the pool is maintained and the gym is extremely clean. Lounge has great service and good selection of food and drinks. Morning breakfast was always good, with a selection of hot and cold foods. Can always find coffee brewed in the lobby. The rooms themselves are lightly appointed, well secured, and have doors between the rooms for privacy and security. Since it's an older build, the walls are thicker, so the nights were quiet and restful. Recommend for individuals or families to stay as the living, kitchen, and bed rooms were great even for an extended stay.
